That’s the kind of rebellion Prince Harry found during a royal visit to the Australian town of Dubbo, when a tiny school boy indulged in a little pat of His Royal Highness’ beard.
The Duke of Sussex landed himself an adorable hug and a stroke of the facial hair from 5-year-old Luke Vincent of Buninyong Public School at a meet-and-greet at Dubbo Airport. The video, posted by 7 News, will melt even the most steadfast of cynics into a puddle of goo.
Prince Harry and his wife Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, are currently touring Australia ahead of the Invictus Games starting on Saturday. After announcing on Twitter that they’re expecting a baby in spring 2019, the pair have been given some truly Australian gifts.
None as good as a little beard tickle though.
